By accessing or using TechFlowStore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

TechFlowStore sells digital products and services. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the listed price in Algerian Dinars (DZD)
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Product availability may change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer

4. Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are subject to their specific terms including expiration dates, minimum order amounts, usage limits, and product restrictions. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (CIB and EDAHABIA). We do not store your payment card details. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Digital Fulfillment

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Delivery methods include direct downloads, license keys, and account credentials as applicable to each product type.

You are responsible for securely storing any license keys or credentials provided to you. We are not responsible for loss of access due to failure to save your product access information.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Resell digital products without authorization
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent digital product protections

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TechFlowStore, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TechFlowStore or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Digital products sold on the Platform are subject to their respective licensing terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechFlowStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
